On July 25th and 26th, 2023, Mme Annette Seck, Minister in charge of Senegalese abroad, visited Dakhla, Morocco on orders from the President of the Republic, His Excellency Macky SALL. The purpose of the mission was to support Senegalese nationals who were attempting to migrate to other countries. During her visit, Mme Minister met with
